Kidz Body Blast

In this digital age most parents are battling with their children to get them away from the TV or computer screen. Children should have 60 mins or more aerobic activity a day which should include vigorous intensity aerobic activity on at least 3 days per week.

Vigorous exercise is linked to better general health, stronger bones and muscles. It boosts self esteem which gives greater confidence.

Our KIDZ body blast class is designed specifically for children to help them get fit and healthy while still having fun.

Classes will be different and engaging and will include body weight exercises, pad work, battle ropes.

Our class is on a Saturday morning from 10.15am till 11am and costs £4.
